The City of Treasure Island is now providing building plan review, building permit issuance, and building inspection services to the City of Madeira Beach.
Driveway and fence permits will still be issued by the City of Madeira Beach staff.
Projects which have already been permitted by the Pinellas County Building and Development Review Services Department will be completed by the Pinellas County staff.
