When you contact City Hall via telephone our goal is to have you speak to a live person to have your needs met in a timely manner. If you know the direct extension number of the department you are calling, dial it at anytime. If you do not know the extension, listen to the message and a list of extensions will be offered. At ANYTIME, you may press 0 and an attendant will assist you.
